PLUS ME Inspires Support From The CarMax Foundation

We are proud to announce recent funding from The CarMax Foundation. Their generous foundation granted us $10,000 to go directly toward our Storytellers PLUS ME programming in the 2019 – 2020 school year.

These funds will bring our 5-hour storytelling workshops and My Story Matters journals to hundreds of high school youth in underserved schools within Los Angeles County this year. Our goal is to ensure students have the tools and support to confidently discover and develop their stories for college and career advancement.  

We cannot wait to connect with and hear the resilient stories of the youth these funds will help us support. Thank you to The CarMax Foundation for their generous support and belief in our mission.
